Ordering and being hosted with 'WebsHosting' binds you to the following policies. Please read over them to ensure that you are successfully abiding by and understanding our terms. We have the right to modify, change, delete these policies anytime without notice.
After you completed your order and made payment, stay close to your email as you will be getting some emails from our Sales & Billing Department about confirmation of your order and your account info. If you do not receive any email within 12-24 hours, contact our support team and also make sure it is not in your spam/junk folder.
We accept payments via all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Payments must be made within invoice due date. We will email you the invoice 14 days and then again 3 days before the invoice is due. If you do not pay the invoice within due date, your account could get suspended. If you are having any trouble paying please contact Billing.
Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date and a reminder to pay your bill is generated 3 days before the due date. Please make sure you pay your bills on time. We give extra 3 days after the due date to settle your bills.
All the payments for VPS and Dedicated servers must be paid within the due date. If we do not receive your payment withtin due date of invoice, your service(s) maye be automatically suspended or terminated.
You must not needlessly create accounts, install any script/software or upload any files which add space usage if you have no intention of using them.
As part of our fair usage policy, excessive CPU usage is not allowed. You may not initiate the following on our shared hosting servers (VPS and Dedicated server excluded):
Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that requires huge server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.
Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.
Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.
Run download sites.
Customer may not use disk space as a file repository, or dump site. This includes but is not limited to; warez, serialz, sound files (mp3/wav), applications, zip/rar/iso files. Your account is to be used for hosting a website and not for file storage.

We always make sure our servers are running very smooth and fine. And if your account or any account under your account are making problems for the server and causing it slow, downtimes etc, we have the right to suspend or terminate the account with or without prior notice.
We completely comply with DMCA policies and any violation of DMCA will may result in your account suspended or permanently terminated. If we receive any DMCA violation notice we will immediately act upon it and will notify user to remove/suspend any content or account that is in violation of DMCA.
Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and/or storing an unusual amount of files. We are a web hosting service & not a remote file storage service. Any web site whose disk space usage for storing the files exceed 50% of its total usage, either in terms of total size or number of files, will be deemed to be using unusual amount of files. At that point, if we find that those files are illegal or harmful in any way, you will be suspended or terminated with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the harm.
We do provide daily,weekly and monthly backup with our hosting packages for security of your files in case of emergency. However, you are still advised to take your own backups and keep them up to date.
We will not cancel, terminate or suspend your account without any reason as most of the hosting companies do. We simply need you to follow the policies above. We can also suspend or terminate your account without any warning or notice depends on the violation of the TOS. You will be entitled for a free domain transfer in case you cancel your service.
We offer 30-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee. If for any reason you do not like our service, please contact us and we will either offer you compensation or refund, whatever you choose. If you're asking refund due to some issue in our service then you can get full refunds, no questions asked.
If you purchase a domain, you will not be refunded for that and may have to pay a fee to transfer it to another registrar. Any PayPal fee we incur will be deducted from any refund you may receive. We do offer full/partial refunds and as well as compensation if any problem in our service arise.

If your package come with domain name then you'll not be refunded of the domain name because your domain will have been registered already and the domain fee will be deducted from the total payment of your package you've paid.

There will be no refunds for any suspended or terminated accounts.
We offer 14 day refunds for VPS Servers and no refunds for Dedicated servers.
We reserve the right to change any prices within and listed on our site. Existing clients will NOT have to pay the updated price and can keep paying the price they first signed up with.
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may occur/suffer.
We will never give out, trade, distribute or sell your information to anyone outside WebsHosting.net. Our staff have access to your account and information such as name & email for the support purposes only. We promise to keep all your information strictly safe & secure.
Report Spam & Abuse
Please send reports of spam and abuse to abuse@webshosting.net. In the case of spam, please include the full message being reported as spam including all mail headers.
